Alongside this, we aim to drive continuous improvement in our processes, solutions, and business relationships.

What we expect from our suppliers

We expect fairness, transparency, and professionalism from prospective and existing suppliers. We trust our suppliers to support Domestic & General core values, and to treat customers of Domestic & General fairly.

Our suppliers are expected to maintain effective policies and procedures in managing their business, and to anticipate changes that may affect these processes. Compliance with our standards and requirements is vital, particularly in the areas of Data Protection, Information Security, and Business Continuity.

Suppliers must comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Modern Slavery Act and GDPR, wherever appropriate. It is expected that any conflict of interest is disclosed as early as possible.
